Healthy Meals Catering

Ordered the 20 day meal after satisfied with initial order of 10 day. The food is healthy because they uses less salt and no MSG. We soon realized there is lack of variety in the dishes and even repeated items in the same week. Items do not follow the menu they prepared. Fish dishes were not nice.
Customer service however was good. Response was prompt, although feedback did not change anything.

Healthy Meals Catering has good quality food and it's almost like having a home cooked meal at home everyday.

Ordered for 10 days. Two days served bai can stir fry so my MIL not too happy. Other days are good. W order again in the future... thanks!

Food was up to expectation. However, at times, the meat is hard to chew for an elderly with denture. Overall, food is nice. Delivery time is just on time.

Good thing is they got tingkat for weekend. Is hard to find tingkat for weekend.

Tasty and economical option for those who do not cook. Delivery is punctual. Highly recommend to all

Not much variety of the food. lunch and dinner mostly the same.
Delivery timing for lunch is quite late ( near to 2pm).

Taste of foods ok, soup sometimes too salty. I ordered both lunch & dinner, soup is same for both meals.
The delivery for lunch and dinner is diff ppl, lunch can be quite late, 2pm+, I have to chase, there is 2 or 3 times, i rejected the delivery as too late, I have to order Grab for my younger kid.

Order for my family, including my 1 year old baby,since the food is healthy and delicious. Several times there could be delivery hiccups. But most of the time they were early. Recommend coz value for money.

I am very disappointed with the supplier.
Tingkat arrived after 1.15 pm daily and the food is cold.
On one day tingkat delivered at 2 pm.

Feedback to Foodline about the poor service and the company text me promising to improve. No improvement.
Want to speak to the supervisor Jason but he avoided me.
Jason did not return my calls (twice) even when I left my name and mobile.

This is my second order when supplier promised to improve after first order.
The agreed delivery time is before 12 noon but it was never kept.
I gave supplier a second chance but regretted it.

The soup was really good. Would be even better in if the processed food like chicken franks are replaced.
