Healthy Meals Catering

This is my second order with healthy meal catering. Their soup is superb. My kids like it very much.

Food quality is consistently good. Portions more than adequate

WORTHY TO SUPPORT

Almost all the food is prepared based on healthy cooking method ie steamed, stir fried and braised. Only once awhile with fried food. Portion is ok, but can increase the variety of selection.

Repeat order - generally okay except that the delivery person was very unfriendly and did not even deliver my rice when I paid for it! Customer service did nothing to follow up. Poor and lackluster service

The food is tasty but can be salty at times. The soup taste better than many other caterers but on the salty side. It's value for money in that they give a lot of meat but I prefer a good balance of meat, veg and other protein (tofu, egg..etc). I have given feedback before, the chef reduced the salt the following day but few days later, it's back to being salty again. So I won't be continuing with them.
The service is prompt and they reply their whatsapp timely.
They also allow skip meals for 10day package, if there is advanced notice.

Only soup is tasty.....others are not
Prefer caterer to be more generous with the given portion of dishes.
Sometimes given menu is not accurate.

Overall the food is good and portion is more than enough for 2. Taste is okie not too salty, good for kids.

The soup is the best. Will order it again because of the soup.
It will be better is the food can be less salty.

The catering quantity is more than enough for 4 pax. The food quality can be better and more varied. Caterer is flexible with delivery days.

Good variety of menu. renewed for another 20days and still feel ok.
But the catering always late on Monday around 1 pm compare to 11.30 on other day.
