Ordered for lunch 2 pax and dinner 3 pax, both 3 dishes and 1 soup and special requests with no spicy, no sotong, no cuttlefish.

Portions were adequate for 2pax and 3 pax.

As for the menu displayed on the caterer's page, the soups are not different for lunch and dinner as shown on the menu, it is actually the same soup served for the day itself. In fact, we had the same soup for 3 days in a row before seeing a different type of soup on the 4th day and even then it all tasted similar.

Although the vegetables were stated as "Vegetables of the Day" it was also the same for the first two days before having some variety. There was also a pork dish on the 2nd day dinner which was overcooked as it was tough to chew and we had the same dish delivered on our 3rd day's lunch.

It really brings the question of whether the food used was fresh or not since it was repeated dishes. By the 3rd day, I wanted to call in to cancel the subscription however the number just went to mail box immediately and I had to call in to Foodline once a day for 4 days before the caterer even returned my call. By that time it was already too late to cancel since it had only 3 days left for the subscription.

Delivery timings were also inconsistent, there are times where it is extremely early, i.e. 4.30pm for dinner, and times where it was late, i.e. 1pm for lunch.

In conclusion, if you are ok with the dishes delivered not being the same as what is stated on the menu then go ahead and order. Otherwise avoid this caterer at all costs.

We like the variety of items from the Tingkat, especially the soup items. Delivery timing quite consistent too.

Overall the food standard is fine. And the Caterer is generous of having meat and seafood. Some days may have 2-3 dishes of meats in one day (I ordered 4 dishes). This caterer meal is more suitable for meat and seafood addict.

Taste of food very good. But will hopes to have more vegetables instead of pork. Caterer very prompt to response

Food arrived late without notice until I contacted them (on the 6th day). Some dishes delivered is not as per the menu and not following as per 4 dishes despite multiple feedbacks. A few dishes are inconsumable. Given the benefit of doubts, they moved to a new kitchen and experienced electrical short circuit and received unfresh ingredients, thus causing the overall food preparation and delivery process to be messed up.

The food was ok only. Sometimes the vegetables taste bad. The soup is not up to standard. The variety of food sometimes ok sometimes not like one of the dishes is just plain glass noodles. Eggs sometimes taste burn.
The prawns and curry dishes are good.
Delivery in the beginning was late and then one time passed 8pm. Tried calling and messaging but mailbox full. End up we cooked our dinner and then the tingkat appeared and the vegetables has gone bad. Never give any refund or replacement.

Portion is inconsistent and sometimes miserable like 3 small pieces of meat (see pic) or 3 meat balls, not sure how they want us to split among 2 pax. Once they ran out of boxes and gave us small boxes with even smaller portion. Another time, there was no food delivery due to their internal problem but we were only informed at 5ish pm. Lastly, their delivery timing is inconsistent too, ranging from 4pm to 7ish pm, making it difficult for us to have dinner at a fixed timing or plan evening activities. Despite all these, they have been responsive and food quality/ variety has been maintained.

I have ordered a number of times before so I can see the deteriorating service when it started out so good. Hopefully management can take time to review and improve.

The company name Healthy Catering is not really healthy in my mind because the dishes are salty to me. I will need to wash off the gravy to be edible. I suspect some of the dish, they use premix seasoning which is usually laden with salt. I also found out that they use MSG. Only good thing is that the delivery was early which I don't mind. Better early than late. Sorry.

Food was average, and sometimes gets too repetitive within the same week.
Delivery is terrible - had experienced at least 3 times late delivery (or no delivery at all). I had to arrange own dinner at the last minute. Customer service was slow in responding and getting back on my query about the late delivery that it was only at 8.30pm plus the Customer Service advised for me to arrange my own dinner after enquiring since 7pm about the ETA of my dinner delivery.
