Healthy Meals Catering

Really enjoy the daily meals, the delivery is always on time and food is nice, continued with 20days packages with them now..thx..

Most of the time, food is not bad. But sometimes, there may be similar dish on two consecutive days, e.g. hard boiled eggs and scrambled eggs.

The food is great and good portion for me. The food is simply simple home cook feel and I love the services and I feel if ppl enjoy healthy food can order from them

Dishes were delivered late. some days past 630pm. some dishes were too watery. Quality of dish and standard dropped.

First time I ordered from this caterer. I am very satisfied and have just renewed my 20-day tingkat lunch. Thank you !

Food generally taste good, except the meat in soup can be quite tough sometimes. However, their service is very disappointing.

Our last meal was postponed to a later date, of which they had forgotten to deliver. Our family is WFH and to find out about this in the late afternoon is an inconvenience. As an apology, they offered to deliver on the next day along with a complimentary dessert. Unfortunately, they missed the delivery for the 2nd time. On the 3rd day, as a customer, I had to contact them in the morning to remind of the delivery. The delivery came on the 3rd day, but the dessert was missing. We did not contact them about the missing dessert, as it was supposed to be a token of apology and we don’t “need it”. I don’t think this is the right way to do service recovery by messing up twice after the initial mistake.

Food taste ok. Delivery time ok. Sometimes a little salty to me (taste is subjective). May consider again.

Soup was super tasty and the only caterer that provide 2 box of soup for 3 paxs order. Unlike others, their soup come with a lot of ingredients. Very generous in portion and ingredients are fresh and tasty. Only set back is they only come in microwave container, for health & environmental seek with prefer to eat tingkat. Will hope one day they will have tingkat option.

Food was good. Not too salty or oily. Portion was good too. Staff are polite and friendly. Will continue to order from this caterer.

Overall still acceptable. Food variety like home cooked food. Delivery timing is acceptable. Food portion still ok.
