Healthy Meals Catering

We were happy with the prompt delivery service. However, the food did not follow the menu given, almost at least 1 dish would be different from the menu everyday. Some days, there were duplicate ingredients e.g. 2 chicken dishes.

I really enjoyed the healthy catered dishes delivered to my doorstep at the hostel. Much nicer than outside foodcourt / hawker food. Not oily and very flavorful too. I like the prawn dishes the most, and the chicken is good too. I did not like the sze chuan dish as much and i do not eat eggplant too. I should note this in next order. Portion is sufficient for 2 pax. Highly recommend this caterer.

The vegetable dishes keep repeating almost 4 time very disappointed although is healthy but other dishes just average not much tasty

The customer service from Healthy Catering is very bad. They delivered my dinner at 830pm and then missed out on my renewal order when I made payment more than a week in advance. This resulted in my family consisting of elderly and young children not to have dinner. Today, once again they did not deliver dinner to my house and are uncontactable.

Whilst their food is quite yummy, it is rather useless if they don’t deliver it. I was not able to get any refund and within this week, they have already made 1 late delivery and missed 2 deliveries.

They have fish, prawns and lala which is good. They have braised *something* every meal, so if you like braised stuff, you're in luck. The food tastes average and looks average too. Would be better if they put in more effort to make it look more appetising. The first delivery was pretty bad, the food came with strong cigarette smell, the plastic bag and container all had the smell. Subsequently was ok.

Dessert for $1 maybe not so worth

Food ok only. Delivery usually very late and when called up the office, the service is really bad. Won’t consider renewing at all.

First time trying this caterer and generally satisfied with the food quality. Portion of food varies, sometime a lot, sometimes too little. And sometimes, same/similar food was served 3 times a week (For 5 days per week order). Hope caterer can improve on these 2 areas. I’ve repeated my Tingkat order.

Love the food. however meat is usually tough to eat. flavor wise is good. My parents do not like the soup dish, as they claim too salty. but it is fine for me.

The food and is better compared to the other caterer I order last time. The soup is nice and portion is big. Sometimes tingkat will just have food that we dun really like, but that's besides the point.. overall recommended.
