Second time order from this, very disappointed. Food quality dropped a lot, meat dish is always dry and hard, seems like meat was used to cook soup then taken out and add sauce to it. Delivery was never the same timing everyday, sometimes delivery was so close to the safe eating time stated on box.

I started 1 month. Everyone loves it.
So we subscribed for longer period 30 days. Then it turn out to be nightmares.

Inconsistent delivery, can be as early as 4pm, or as late as after 8pm.
They don't have fixed delivery team. There are 2 nights at least the meal went missing, and they don't know where the drivers went. Once they know, they informed and make up another meal for compensation.

Many time the food arrived late and already turned bad and we just throw them away (like quite many times). We end up ordering other food for dinner.

Their respond on the phone is quite engaging, but they don't have solutions as their business model just won't work.

Meat was usually too tough and dry , vegetables not fresh and taste bland, soup not nice, taste as if got msg added, fish so - so .
Delivery was very late on 2 occasions without advance notice, arriving at close to 8pm,. First time that delivery came late, the customer service number was engaged and mailbox full, no one got returned call. 2nd time, managed to get through, but delivery still came late.
Should have advised customers earlier if coming late, then can make alternative plans.

Healthy Meals Catering is a scammer, lousy food quality and scam our $. Their tingkat food delivered are totally different from the monthly menu provided. All the expensive seafood and meat dishes were replaced with cheaper eggs and tofu dishes that turned bad and sour.

When we feedback to their CS. Their reply is “ This is our Oct menu for your reference. As stated on our T&C, we reserve the right for changing the menu without prior notice.” Felt shortchanged and decided to cancel our renewal and requested for refund on 5 oct.

First they told us refund will be processed within 7 working days. To date no sound no sight of our $ at all. Requested to speak the the person in charge, they gave all sort of excuses and claimed that that manager last the company!

THIS IS TOTALLY A HOAX. DON’T TRUST WHAT U SEE ON THE MENU. The dishes you receive are totally different and some may be already turned bad and sour during lunch time at 12.30pm

I received a call from a manager called Joel , he insisted of charging us $25 admin fee in order to process our refund. Totally ridiculous! And in additon to that, he used a rude tone when speaking to us.

Food is ok but delivery service is horrendous. Very often late in delivery and for several times the food didn't even get delivered at all

Recommend the soup. Other dishes needs lots of improvements. However, there were 3 nights with missed delivery due to kitchen broken and miscomm with riders.

The soup was similar taste throughout the 10 days. The meat inside the soup will change but the taste is similar herbal ish all the time. The veg dish is also repeated quite alot in the 10 days. 3/10 of the day its as though the chef is different person, the soup was extra salty with not much taste.

I have to say the dishes are not very healthy at all. And also not so tasty. Will not order again.

The food is quite oily and salty.Delivery time is not stable.Even one time never deliver the meal and no message to alert me.My children starved and waited.The portion is get smaller and dishes are become not ideally.The respond from merchant is slow but at least had reply.

We saw a worm in our vegetables on our 1st day of the tingkat order.

My family (except me because I didn't eat) had diarrhoea after the 2nd day's tingkat order.

We managed to get a refund for the remaining days because we cannot carry on anymore. Healthy Meals told us to wait about 7 working days but I did not get my money back so I asked them again. It appeared that there was some miscommunication on their side and nothing was done so I had to wait again.

Foodline helped me get the refund in the end.

Food was sometimes delivered late at 630pm. We have to keep calling to ensure that there is delivery.
