Healthy Meals Catering

Food portion is quite generous, considered a lot for 2pax.
The taste is so so only but the soup is pretty good thou.

Hands down the worst caterer I have used on Foodline all these years. Did not start contract on agreed date, refused to refund, made countless boo boos, delivery time was always unpredictable and usually cutting the safety limit very close... and one day it arrived at 9:30pm! The worst thing was, there’s absolutely nothing healthy about this tingkat. The soup was way too salty and I threw it away wholesale everynight. For this price, clearly one cannot expect high quality stuff, but this was way worse than other caterers. On nearly all nights, only two dishes would be edible; the third would be some inedible cut of meat or maybe some processed food. Honestly cannot understand where the good reviews come from. Maybe the caterer is out to tekan me because I tried to get a refund several times?

Delayed one of my delivery, taste is not that fantastic

Our 2nd tingkat caterers, we tried 4 dish and soon regretted as they always repeat the similar dish over the few days.(depending on their ingredient leftover)
We tried 10 days and delivery was always late. Towards the last week, we had the braised pork for a second day and found wires in it. I quickly report to foodline and they say healthy meal will contact me soonest. Buy after 3 days I was the one to call and whatsapp them. Their response was just ok we will take note! How terrible, no customer service!

Delivery time irregular. Was good in 1st sample order tho we all had diarrhea once. Quality turned bad in 2nd order and fish became ONLY dory fish whereas no dory was served at all in the sample order. They said they don't differentiate between 1st order and the rest but somehow I am not convinced, sorry. If only they maintained their quality, I will never order again. Feel cheated.

Food so so, Not as healthy as it’s name. food sometimes differ from menu posted. Not fantastic. Quantity is enough for 2 pax.

Overall average but the main painpoint was the soup spillage. I always ended up having to deal with the oily container. The plastic bag that came with it had torn too sometimes. Feedback to customer service many times but nothing was done. Can improve on the matching of the dishes, some days it tasted like the same gravy was used for two dishes.

Good - Portion is big & variety is good.
Improvement - This caterer seriously requires a lot of improvement especially our soups always spill. There is once the dish went soup and once missing 1 dish. Although the staff attempts to replace us with dessert and 1-day replacement, we always encountered with soup not enough and food not enough on that day itself. The dessert not attempting as it was just sugary water. The vegetables look overcooked and the taste of the soup all the same. Delivery time is not consistent but one day our food was delivered at 3pm.
