Maybe the delivery is too early to reach our place . Food needs to recook. The taste is still acceptable.

The food delivery on time and food portion is ideal for 1 pax. Customer Service is good and prompt too.

Delivered food on time around 4.30pm. Quite big portion. Foods are on healthier side and not so salty. Variety wise can be improve, always same or similar dishes.

Food always delivered on time. Dishes taste ok and healthy, but variety wise to be improved as always similar and repeated dishes cooked.

The food was delivered on time and the customer service communicated well. A small disappointment that the packing staff has missed out the rice one of the days which the elderly has no rice to eat on that day. Have notified the customer service and was ensured that the packing staff will be more careful for the rest of my order.

Overall food is deserved with generous volume which I can actually make it into two meals. Taste generally is acceptable.

Convenient for working from home, the taste is acceptable, It would be better if there were more dishes. anyway, I will renew my order

Delivery of food is mostly prompt. Dishes can range from being very delicious to quite bland. Good thing is food is not very oily. Portions for 2 pax is just nice.

Taste: most dishes were tasty! once were delicious! and to know that it is less oil and salt, and no MSG is great however, there were a few dishes (3) that were very bland, and a few meat dishes (2) whereby the "frozen" taste was very prominent.

"Hygiene": detected bugs in the veggy dishes a couple of times... they did service recovery and gave one complimentary dessert.

Logistics: very friendly delivery men and women! however, there was an instance whereby at 1:30pm, we didnt receive our food. contacted them and only heard from
them at 2pm. turns out, the deliverer left the food on our SHOE RACK outside the door. without any knocks on the door or missed calls.. technically the food "cannot" be eaten as it should be consumed before 1:45pm. NO service recovery despite expressing disappointment and subscribing with them for a total of 30 days....
