The food was bland and doesn’t not meet our expectations. Same seaweed soup has been appear in our tingkat for 3 days (for 10 days meal)

The price is generally ok. Portion is good. But the dishes tend to turn spoilt very easily. We heated up the food at 6.30pm and ate at 7pm and 1 out of 4 dishes will usually be spoilt. Especially the steamed egg and samosa.

Food is always improperly packed. The soup was packed in a slanted manner and all the soup spilled all over the plastic bag with nothing left in the container for us to drink. Feedback to customer service already still like that. In the end, cancelled the order.

During the whole cycle, I only saw leafy green vegetable once or twice. The vegetable are mostly shredded cucumber & carrot, or winter melon or radish. Nothing else seen in the vegetable (very plain). The same vegetable can also get back the same soup (eg. Winter melon soup & winter melon vege). Soup are mostly just liquid & vegetable, or beaten eggs & small pieces of tomato. Meat is very limited - mostly big bones with very little meat. Decided not to continue because feel not worth the money, boring menu and lacks nutrient for family

The price was increased beginning of the year but portion was generous. Now the portion is getting much lesser, and not much variety. Get more or less the same thing - chicken wings, fried spring roll, samosa...
I specifically indicate I don't want pork, yet I received a dish of pork. Used to get replacement the next day. Now, the reply is just "I inform the kitchen'. Getting upset with this caterer.
The only unchanged good point is the delivery. Always on time

Terrible experience. One of the days food came at 7.30pm, and all food are soggy. No notification no reminders at all. Young kid at home starving. Tried to contact their hotline also no response at all. The next day, among that 2 packet of white rice, one of the them has a strong pungent smell upon opening. The cereal also hardened and stick tgt.

Certainly value for money. But variety is lacking. Veg is a rotation of bean sprouts, brinjal, celery and Caixin. But it works for the budget. Thank you Hewtop

Not to our likings. Weird ingredients and too many fried and processed food. Soup can be bland and funny as we never had bittergourd with pig stomach soup. Once came soup with only 2 small piece of pork rib. Honestly, what you pay is what you get. The feel from their kind of cooking "as long we fulfil the order" kind. What we had the 5 days trial is totally different from the menu! Very disappointing.

Dishes are repeated consecutively. Eg 3 days of exact same pumpkin and pig stomach soup. Feels like leftovers are being served. Same Vegetables are always repeated. We received 2 days of rotten cabbage and soured veg another day.
Delivery timing was not consistent. Once as early as 2.30pm, and next day 6.55pm. there was no update even when there is delay. We almost ordered alternative grab good already.
My son said he will not come home for dinner if we order this again. Enuff said.

The food quality is decent that it isn't oily or salty. It would be great to have more diversity in the menu.
