Good service. Portion is just nice for one person. Delivery time is acceptable too. There is variety too and cater to individual needs.

This is my 38th order from Hewtop. Acceptable food variety but on and off the vegetable is still too starchy as what I have commented before, hopefully this part can improve.

Food is decent. Delivery was done on time. On some days the food portion is too small . Hope they don't serve low quality processed food.

Overall, Hewtop provides well-planned and cooked dishes with variety. I valued highly that Hewtop has very few deep fried dishes.
One feedback + suggestion: we enjoyed the vinegar trotters and ribs dishes very much. But due to the size of the bones and capacity of the tingket, we always end up having lesser meat compared to normal sliced meat dishes. We also don't appreciate that we got more of the bone section than bones with meat.
As a family, we ordered the maximum 6 pax tingkat, yet whenever trotters or ribs are served, the meat avaliable is barely enough for even 4 pax.
May I suggest cooking these type of dishes with meatier sections? Another suggestion is to pack the trotters or ribs in separate bigger containers for the portion the customers ordered.

Food is decent but the price is reasonable. by giving big portion, I have been ordering this catering quite many times. get used to it on a good budget economic

Been renewing dinner tingkat with Hewtop Catering for a few months now. No complaints. Good customer service.

The dishes get boring after a while especially the vegetable which will repeat every alternate day. Maybe can consider having more single item options like hokkien mee, hor fun, chicken rice etc.

Food was reasonable. Sometimes vegetables tends to be tougher. The soup not so tasty so likely to change to 4 dishes packages. Overall was ok. Price was ok for the food spread.
