Decent variety of food but food quality is quite disappointed . Food portion is getting lesser. The vegetable is too starchy. Delivery service was prompt.

Tingkat dinner is ok except that there might be some common repeat dishes, Will appreciate if there are more green veg e.g. chye sim or kai lan instead of frequent cabbages. Too frequent pork ribs in the soup or separate dish. Will like to have more fish balls, fish cakes, cheese tofu. ngoh hiang etc.

This is my 37th order from Hewtop. Happy that the taste is back to their standard now. But certain day the dishes the gravy still too much potato starch, and this make the dish become like glue. hope this part can improve.

The food come with big portion serve well, not so saulty and oily taste much better suitable for lunch and dinner meal packing.

Delivery time is good. Foox arrived warm but Portion is abit small. More variety will be good. If can provide fried rice or noodle will be good.

This was the second time we were ordering from this caterer and we specified the no pork option as there are members in the household who cannot take pork. However, there were a number of occasions that the caterer included pork in our menu, and they did not inform us. Upon questioning, customer service said they would not know of such changes as everything is handled by the kitchen. So if you're counting on getting what you ordered, it may be best to avoid this caterer. Besides their dishes don't always taste fresh and the fried stuff have an old oil smell. The only saving grace is that this caterer is cheap, but you may be better off choosing another caterer. We won't be ordering from them again.

Very delicious food, service is excellent and delivery is reliable every time. Quality of food is good and there is a wide spread variety of different food each day. The only improvement Hewtop can do is in the soup. On some days, the soup will go bad by late afternoon. May be Hewtop can put the soup in a better container? Air tight if possible. Current plastic container for food is not microwavable, same with the soup bowl. So another improvement would be to provide microwavable containers for the lunch service. Other than this, Hewtop is an excellent tingkart caterer.

Quite a decent variety of food, meat dishes are usually better and never disappoint. Dishes are quite tasty and value for money

The food tastes good and the portion is generous. I like it that the caterer did not charge extra for delivery to condominium.

Love the food. Now they are good friends with my mother in law they will constantly remind me to order... love it
