Hewtop Catering Pte Ltd

This is my 36th order from Hewtop. Thank you very much for accepting my voice and improving the taste of the food. Now the soup is no longer so salty, so everyone can taste delicious food again. However, certain day the dishes the gravy are too much potato starch, and this make the dish become like glue. hope this part can improve.

Food delivery is punctual. Wish to have more food varieties…choices of vegetables are very limited…

Love the price and value, it's really affordable and variety is there with some quite tasty dishes. Opted for 4 dishes instead of the soup, but the fried nuggets (in the round shape or triangle shape) is downright digusting. Who in the right mind manufactured this abhorrent thing? Anyway must be because of cost lol.

Anyway the other dishes are decent so we extended another month while our situation gets better.

Like that it is somewhat environmentally friendly with tingkat offer (but Styrofoam box meh). We took 1 rice and 2 pax dinner for 3 adults with smaller dinner appetite.

Customer service is contactable so still okay.

Repeated orders from the same caterer for my lunch and the food are not too salty and the delivery timing was good

The food gets more and more boring over time and they should consider having more single item options like hokkien mee, hor fun, chicken rice etc. Overall the dishes are acceptable.

Repeated order made to the same caterer Hewtop Catering. Dishes are nice and will continue to support.

Having bad experience and disappointed on first tingkat order. Bad CS experience too.
But good delivery & punctual guy.
Beansprout not fresh and overcooked.
Threw away the whole box.
Pig trotter was served with big pcs of bony fats than any meat.
Processed food also considered as dishes
Some dishes /soups either too salty/oily or tasteless.
Repeated seaweed soup and beansprout
Overall disappointed on 1st Try

Reasonable price tingkat. food is ok but might need more variety. better if they can deliver later as it is too early for dinner

The foods are up to our expectation. The delivery time is reasonable before lunch time. I am happy with it.

Order 2 pax for dinner. Sometime the rice given was less. The food was delivered about 3.30pm for the dinner. It is too early for me but understand that they need to delivery for others. Tofu might get sour if the food cooked at afternoon and consume at night. Overall still ok for this pricing.
