The dishes are good and vary. My family likes them. Delivery is about 3-4 pm. We are quite satisfied.

The food tastes good, and the styles suit Chinese people. But some dishes are too simple just like snacks not for dinner menu.

Repeated orders. However there were a few times where the soup was spoilt. We suspect that it might be due to the poor packaging. Food is always prepared and ready to eat at 2.30pm, and must be consumed by 6.30pm. But when I opened the soup, it was only 6pm and it was spoilt. Had sent feedback to caterer. Caterer was apologetic but no further action.

The food was just nice not so much oily but the soup was too much onion don't taste good other dishes was ok.

Repeat customer. Menu is quite varied. 4th dish is usually a fried item (did not want soup) less varied but still acceptable.

Very good Tingkart food. Has variety. Slightly salty soups occasionally. Food includes prawns or special item once a month. Good reliable service.

Delivery is on time. Food variety is ok. Customer service is good. However, soup portion is quite little.

While the menu is more or less similar over the weeks, the food is fairly tasty, not salty, and is quite generous in portion.

Food is oily and some days ingredients are not very fresh. There are spillage on 2 out of 5 days order.

Food was good. Great variety also. Food standard can be inconsistent but generally acceptable most of the time. Service is better recently, feedback to them with regards to the food portion sometimes, they do reply.
