The food is fairly consistent. It is fairly palatable and the quantity is sufficient. The service is very good, although sometime delivery time can be erratic.

As usual the dishes get very boring over rime. They should have single items like fried noodles or fried rice etc.

Food always up to expectation, delivery was promptly. Menu quite comprehensive. Will still order with them.

Food and service turned unsatisfactory recently. Keep repeating the same food on every delivery despite giving feedback. Delivery is always late after 1.30 pm for lunch. It's disappointing after using them for few years and has since terminated the tingkat contract

The portion is just nice. Taste is very good. Very responsive vendor that can assist with our request.

This is my 62th order but I feel bad with this round dishes as their soup taste so salty and their braised pig trotters mostly is bone. No choice I change to 4 dishes instead of 3 plus 1. Hopefully they can adjust the soup taste.

Portion is generous on the whole. Delivery on time. Flexible to skipping meal. Just that I ordered 4 dishes, 1 dish is always ready bought deep fried food. The caterer likes to give deep fried spring roll and samosa.

Thank you for the tasty and well thought out menu for each day. The quantity is big enough for 2 pax when I only ordered for 1 person dinner Tingkat.

Sometimes the caterer forget to deliver the soup. When I text the customer service, they never reply. There was no compensation made whatsoever.
