Decent variety of food but food quality is quite disappointed . Food portion is getting lesser. The vegetable is too starchy. Delivery service was prompt.

This was the second time we were ordering from this caterer and we specified the no pork option as there are members in the household who cannot take pork. However, there were a number of occasions that the caterer included pork in our menu, and they did not inform us. Upon questioning, customer service said they would not know of such changes as everything is handled by the kitchen. So if you're counting on getting what you ordered, it may be best to avoid this caterer. Besides their dishes don't always taste fresh and the fried stuff have an old oil smell. The only saving grace is that this caterer is cheap, but you may be better off choosing another caterer. We won't be ordering from them again.

Food standard has been dropping. Portion is getting lesser despite increase in pricing . Too many low quality processed food.

For the price I paid, it is reasonable and I dun ask for more.

Nonetheless, if the food portion can be more then it be good.

The food gets more and more boring over time and they should consider having more single item options like hokkien mee, hor fun, chicken rice etc. Overall the dishes are acceptable.

Having bad experience and disappointed on first tingkat order. Bad CS experience too.

Threw away the whole box.
Pig trotter was served with big pcs of bony fats than any meat.
Processed food also considered as dishes
Some dishes /soups either too salty/oily or tasteless.

Second order but not as good as first order. For several days the fried meat dish did not taste fresh and we have to just throw away.

Cheap catering so I cannot say much. Food is usually cold upon arrival. Vegetables are zero effort one.

Food is oily and some days ingredients are not very fresh. There are spillage on 2 out of 5 days order.

Is Tingkat food healthy? I received this Fatty pork belly . The pork is too fatty and disgusting that we had to remove away the fats from meat. You can see that half of the portions are fats! This is so unhealthy! Very disappointed.

Hope this caterer can definitely do better and not to use cheap pork fats to make up half the portion of the dish as meat.
