Hewtop Catering Pte Ltd

Repeated order for my elderly parents. Great varieties and the dishes are easy to be consumed. Will recommend to firiends.

Like what others have reviewed, food is a little on the bland side. I opted for 4 dishes instead of soup. The 4th dish is usually something fried.

Repeat order and value for money. Caterer is responsive via WhatsApp if need to cancel meals or renew.

Timing is good, no need to wait after work.
Veggies condition need to improve.
Don't keep repeat on the same dish especially veggies.

Generally, food is ok. Do not like vegetables with lots of stems. Usually does comes with lots of stem and big stems. Periodically, still comes with bittergourd that we have informed to be excluded.

Service of late wasn't of much satisfaction. Ordered tingkat for 2 pax but on several occasions, only one pax meal for some dishes was provided.

Great variety of food. Soup portion not as generous as other tingkat company. Food delivered punctually.

Repeated buyer. Helps me settle my lunch. Always early delivery before 10am but easy to warm up. Will continue

Good food in general. A bit too much protein and fried stuff, which is more value for money, but we prefer more vege. I guess that's standard across all Tingkat caterers.

Delivery was always quite early, like around 11am, which is just nice for us.

Order many times from this caterer for my mum. Free her from preparing food for cooking. Portion sufficient for her. Price is reasonable for this caterer too.
