3rd order but was a bad experience. Soup has turned bad/sour on half of the package days and we had to throw away. Some tofu/vege dishes were sour as well. Tingkat was delivered late like 6+pm too. Did try to feedback to caterer but issue is still the same.

By the time the deliver to woodlands around 5pm the dishes have gone bad already because they stay in hot weather for so long and they cause diarrhea

Generally, food is ok. Do not like vegetables with lots of stems. Usually does comes with lots of stem and big stems. Periodically, still comes with bittergourd that we have informed to be excluded.

Dislike vegetables that has e big stems as too much fibres. Have ask not do have bittergourd but still have both dish and soup.

Unreliable and poor service. Food most of the time are cold, once the old cucumber soup got weird taste (sour) which we pour it away to avoid food poisoning. Delivery time starts getting later and later and worse driver didn’t arrived at all after we waited until 7pm ended up we have to buy our own dinner. Due to this incident (driver didn’t arrive to send the Tingkat) we decided to cancel our remaining 5 days immediately and ask for refund. Subscribe this Tingkat at your own risk, if possible avoid it at all cost.

Food is of acceptable standard. Due to the dislike the taste of bittergourd, already highlighted not to have any. Unfortunately, caterer still sending bittergourd dishes. Has to discard the bittergourd dishes. Waste of money !!!

Very disappointed. In website, stated no MSG but when i ate, keep feeling very thirsty so contacted Hewtop staff and was informed there's MSG in the food.

Food portion enough for 2 pax. Steam eggs seem to have a smell when consume. Soup portion very little. Vegetables is very starchy.

Rice is of abundance. Food quality varies. Less ribs and bony dishes, as tends to have less meat and more bones.

Noticed serving portions reduced although the varieties of food maintained. Thai sauce pig trotter was served with big pieces of bony fats. Fried fish mostly flour.

Food is quite standard. Have highlighted previously on the packaging of the soup, nothing was done. Also highlighted that no bitter gourd dishes, but still comes with the bitter gourd. I will have to throw away!!!!
