There were some days where the vegetables had become sour, even reheating the food when it was delivered very early. Repeated same 4th dish back to back for a few days within the same week. Caterer can definitely do better. Very disappointed with the sour vegetables, had to throw it away, hence feel that it is not value for money since it became a 2 dish + 1 side. There were some days where it was delivered really late and I had to find alternative.

Delivered wrong order quite a few times, although they gave extra dish the next day but it was a hussle to follow up to them.

Have been ordering with this caterer for almost a year but lately the food quality has turned from good to bad. Understand from the driver that there is a change of chef and that's can be the reason causing that. Thus, i have decided to change to another caterer.

Food usually arrive late, likely because I'm one of the last few to receive. States to consume food by 13:30, but food usually arrive around 13:00 or later. Once it has even arrive at 14:15, even had to contact the caterer to ask where is the delivery, no initiative to inform us.

Food portion was OK for 2 pax. However food delivery timing is too early. Ordered for dinner and tingkat is delivered at ard 2+ to 3pm.

Was hoping to test new tingkat caterer but later found out that this is under same umbrella company as Kim's Caterer which I have ordered before. Overall, same quality with Kim's Caterer which is average but cost slightly more even when they share the exact same menu.

The food selection is satisfactory. However, we noticed that the food and rice portions have reduced this year.

The food does not taste really nice, portion is fine. Delivery was done much earlier than requested.

Somehow they change the soup packaging and it split everywhere, and there is one day got double ingredient but received 6eggs so I guess 卤味双拼是蛋黄和蛋白双拼
