Had been with them for a few years as the food is up to expectation. Will still continue to order from them.

The food is sufficient and generally palatable. What I like about Hewtop is their very prompt and attentive service, among the best that I have encountered in the service industry.

Ordered for parents in laws and they commented that the food some days were okay and some days not so nice.

Would prefer to have lesser deep fried food. Sometimes 2 dishes are fried or the pre-cooked frozen food. At times also have some nice healthy dishes too

Portion is generous on the whole.
The fish used of late taste horrible. Like eating wood, regardless of the way it is cooked. After my feedback, they served chicken instead. Feedback attended but root cause not attended.
Delivery is prompt.

Dishes are simple but delicious and well rounded for these prices. There are some dishes that we look forward to such as the chicken dishes and steamed eggs dishes. Delivery times were later than expected but it was understandable since the kitchen moved about a year ago but the food still arrives slightly warm which was good enough for us as we usually reheat more before consumption. All in all, good enough for long term solution.

Food delivery is on time. Quality is not too bad. Caterer is flexible to make changes to the delivery dates if needed.

The dishes get very boring over time especially the vegetables which are similar day in day out.....

The taste of food is average. The quantity of food for 3 pax is ok too. Will order again. There is a variety of dishes.
