The delivery time was ideal, before noon. Serving size was good. However don't like the dora fish, too fishy.

Their customer service is good and responsive. They are flexible and able to change one dish as we don't eat. Some dishes are abit salty. Some dishes are delicious. We always look forward to the next day dishes. Food are well packed. Price is affordable as a normal dishes.

Repeat order. In general, happy with the catering in term of taste of food, service of the caterer. Will order again soon.

Not sure where all the good reviews came from. The food doesn’t taste nice. My family and I had diarrhoea after eating on the 2nd day. We suspected it was the watery fish. We dare not eat most of the food and 1/2 of the food were thrown away daily. Portion was generous but food probably came too early at 4+pm and left hanging outside till we are back at 6pm.

Many repeated orders for dinner Tingkat. The delivery uncle has been very reliable and consistent in delivery timing. Food wise is average home cook food, value for money.

Overall is ok. The photo attached is considered as one of the least favourite among my family. They’re potato dishes not that good.

Sauce was too starchy
veg was good but choices was weird... celery makes it weird..
Meat Option was good... love it.

Ordered a 5 day trial.
Portion is generous, packed very well and delivered timely as well. My issue is with repeated menu.
Monday and Friday's dishes were the best among the 5 days.
In between was all mediocre.
Especially on wed and Thurs.
Wed received lady's finger which I don't consume, and celery/fishcake/bell pepper stir fry with 90% celery. This was on the menu supposedly for day 4 (Thurs). Two dishes down the drain.
I thought they probably switched up the dishes but lo and behold I received the same dish the next day too. Same ingredients stir-fried with different porportions (60% celery this time).
Honestly quite disgusted and turned off.
The soups/protein dishes are quite nice in general but would probably not try again unless there is an option for no celery.

The tingkat meals were satisfactory and delivered punctually every day. The staff was friendly and helpful when there were queries. Satisfied and will repeat order.
