Food is decent and sufficient for the number of pax. Good variety in the menu hence did not feel bored.

Hewtop Tingkat dinner is generally tasty and value for money. There were dishes like long beans which is a bit soft, and pork ribs were generally bland. I hope there will be other dishes served such as liver, mutton , beef and fried eggs

Food was decent. Not much food spillage during delivery. Only once when one of the dishes was 2 small pieces of duck meat. But they rectify it by sending an extra dish the next day.

I am very satisfied with Hewtop’s customer service,. They are courteous, friendly and most importantly, accommodating and understanding. Foodwise, good value for money.

In terms of food quality, Hewtop is good. The dishes are well-prepared, with fresh ingredients that are cooked to perfection. Each dish is packed with flavor, and the portions are generous. The dishes are also well-balanced in terms of nutrition, with a good mix of protein, carbohydrates, and vegetables.

Repeat orders and food delivery is punctual as usual. will continue order from this caterer for our daily needs

Maybe we ordered too frequent hence getting bored with the menu. Would be good if they change the menu every quarter and remove those steam chicken which is tasteless. Delivery timing is acceptable and the portion is enough to share.

Have tried some other tingkat caterers but still prefer Hewtop Catering. The food is not too oily or salty and the soup is nice.

At first, I ordered 3 dishes 1 soup. I like their soup, especially the herbal soup. After few months, I changed to 4 dishes. The 4th dish is good. Overall the portion is reasonable. I will continue to order from Hewtop.
