Delivered too early for the 20 days cycle between 1 - 2pm even though we ordered for dinner. Fortunately my parents are around to put in fridge, if not food may spoilt if it got left outside in the hot weather. Feedback to the caterer but they said new driver, delivery route depend on driver, cannot change to deliver later near dinner time.

Service - very good. Very punctual. Deliveryman Knocks on door and calls out to announce food arrival. Very effcient and responsible.

Food - ok. Love the prawns. No curry chicken and sotong.

The portion is very good. Taste is above average. Good customer service. Highly recommend for people who is busy at work and no time to have home cooked food

I tried Hewtop’s tingkat catering recently and came away pleasantly satisfied. The food is home-style dishes that are consistent and comforting. It feels like overall it is value for money: portions are fair, ingredients are decent. They are definitely generous with the soup. The soups arrived in ample portions and were flavorful, making the meal feel more complete. Overall, a practical and budget-friendly option for everyday meals. I’ll definitely consider Hewtop again for future catering.

This is my 59th order from Hewtop. Love all the foods they provided this round except one issue that they must take note when preparing the food. Already inform them about that. will continue to support. Thank you

It gets rather boring over time as the dishes are always similar especially vegetables. Should have single item like fried rice etc.

Chicken not fully cooked, inside is raw. Food severely burnt but still deliver.

I had food poisoning case and went to hospital A&E.

After every feedback, they will just message will let kitchen know despite risky food safety concerns involved.
