Hewtop Catering Pte Ltd

Repeated order. Food varies, hope to have more fried stuffs and less food spills. Overall still acceptable!

Dishes are simple but delicious and well rounded for these prices. There are some dishes that we look forward to such as the chicken dishes and steamed eggs dishes. Delivery times were later than expected but it was understandable since the kitchen moved about a year ago but the food still arrives slightly warm which was good enough for us as we usually reheat more before consumption. All in all, good enough for long term solution.

Food delivery is on time. Quality is not too bad. Caterer is flexible to make changes to the delivery dates if needed.

The dishes get very boring over time especially the vegetables which are similar day in day out.....

The taste of food is average. The quantity of food for 3 pax is ok too. Will order again. There is a variety of dishes.

Good food, good price, reliable service and always delicious dishes. good variety and good customer service.

Repeated cases of vegetable not wash properly, full of strong chemical smell. Egg plant dish was all burnt but still delivered to customer. Every time inform the caterer on food issues, there's delayed response and only mention will inform kitchen. No recovery provided despite dishes not edible.

Repeated lunch order. Reasonably priced and with a variety of dishes that aren’t too oily or salty. Soup is tasty.

Repeat orders monthly for years. Same as before. There are prawns on Fridays. Fourth dish is processed food like fish balls, nuggets......

The lunch delivery is inconsistent and once arrived past 1:30pm. After speaking to the order taker, Hewtop's delivery time improved. I would rate the fish, prawns and chicken dishes best.
