Food and service totally didn't meet my expectation, will not order again and not recommended if there is no improvement in the future.

I ordered tingkat for 2 pax dinner and to my horror, the tingkat that they served us was "baby size". Compared to the usual 3 tier tingkat size, the tingkat that Hewtop Catering used is half that size. The food was quite bad, we had to dabao zi char dishes every night as "add-on" dishes for our dinner. I will definitely NOT recommend this caterer and will NEVER order from them again. For the price that I paid, I can get a much much better deal from other caterers instead.

Delivery uncle is friendly. Initial order is 10 days with 4 dishes. 4th dish is usually fried food. Through out 10 days, hardly have green veggies. Decided to renew 10 more days with 3 dishes + 1 soup.. however 1st of renewal comes 4 dishes which have fried fish in this sauce, fried hard boiled egg and fried tofu fish cake (don’t know how to describe that fried food) plus bean sprout. Disappointed. =( The last thing is the container lid didn’t close tight quite often this happens.

The food tasted ok. Rice portion varies mostly more. Soup portion has reduced. Have more colours for every dinner so it will look more tasty. Suggestion to change the style of cooking and increase the soup portion.

We tried this caterer in Nov for 2pax, 10days and it was fantastic. However, recent renewal and top up to 4pax catering proved a deep nosedive with both quantity and quality.
Menu did not match up to actual delivered food.

Aside, from Day 1's menu, meat portion was 6 pieces of BONES.
1. How do you divide 6 for 4pax?
2. How do you divide bones?

Daily vegetables alternated between soggy shredded cucumbers or soggy shredded potatoes or soggy shredded gourds.

Sides included mostly processed food like fish cake or hotdogs given.
Least favourite dish: Some spicy chinese pickle and mince pork that smelled heavily of ammonia

Satisfactory in terms of quality of food, variety and value for money. Rather average, but no negative comments.

Third time ordering from this caterer. Everything went as expected until one day when the order was not delivered. Called the caterer and they informed that the replacement driver mighy have delivered my order to wrong address. The quantity for last day delivery was also lesser than usual

Overall food is quite standard or normal. Flavour wise, not too bad, at least it is not bland. Have been with them a year plus now, the menu doesn't really recycle. No 'great' ingredients. Soup needs improvement.

Food overall was okay. but a little sad that 4th dish is always fried food. There were also times that the gravy all leaked out...General catering food taste but value for money! Food delivered at around 3+..which was tooo early....

Most of the time vegetable dish is bean sprout, not much choice for the vegetable, both soup and dishes are too salty for us.
