Generally 1-2 dishes of most days are good to have. Would really love the soup instead of finger food as the 4th dish but soup is served in plastic containers. I love that the food is delivered in tingkats which is the primary reason for sticking to Hewtop!

Most of the food items tasted weird. Most of the soup had the pig stomach hidden inside or just had some random ginger.
Almost every week there is sesame oil chicken and I've never had sesame oil chicken tasted this bad. I've never had steamed egg tasted this bad. The only items I feel acceptable are maybe the fish items but still its all fried.
The cereal items are cooked way too hard.
Complained about the food already but no improvement at all. Like I hated pig stomach smell so I requested for no pork but they said soup cannot have no pork. I don't mind if they cooked with pork ribs. But there was once I had this beef dish it tasted so bad like it's some old meat. Basically all the chicken beef pork items tasted so bad.
The vegetables are also super weird. It felt like they just boiled it in water and the vege smell is very strong. Sometimes the vegetables are also weird weird and rare vegetables or with weird sauce. And most of the times the vegetables only had stems and no leaves. Egg dishes cooked with onion or other stuffs the egg looked damn pathetic n little probably less than one egg only but filled with onions.
No effort made in cooking at all, worse than caipng stall.
Sometimes I don't even know if the food are safe to eat because of the weird taste.
Totally not worth it.
Most of the time they don't even follow the menu items that were written for the week.

For 20 days meal, there were quite a number of repeats. Can be 4 times of the same dishes. And a lot of fried food (processed food). The vegetables are often overcooked. FYI, Kim's Catering and Hewtop Catering are the same company with the same tingkat menu,

Complete negative experience. Food came at 9pm. We called repeatedly but there was no news after one call at 6pm and just a sudden drop off. Can expect that there is no support from Hewtop after office hours.

There was no means to ask for any help from anyone.

Food was mediocre. 4th dish is just fried stuffs which was repeated through the week

Food and service turned unsatisfactory recently. Keep repeating the same food on every delivery despite giving feedback. Delivery is always late after 1.30 pm for lunch. It's disappointing after using them for few years and has since terminated the tingkat contract

This is my 62th order but I feel bad with this round dishes as their soup taste so salty and their braised pig trotters mostly is bone. No choice I change to 4 dishes instead of 3 plus 1. Hopefully they can adjust the soup taste.

Sometimes the caterer forget to deliver the soup. When I text the customer service, they never reply. There was no compensation made whatsoever.

For the price food still ok. Missed out a day meal but the lady was auto to give 1 more day as a solution. Overall ok.

Very disappointing despite feedback. Of late, food quality were bad particularly the fish and prawn. Don't know what type of fish, deep fried until so hard, tough and not eatable and got to be thrown away, it's worse than dory fish. On the prawn I don't know if it is not fresh or not properly cooked. It's mushy and soft and not eatable and also has to be thrown away. So a dish is lost for that day if its delivered.

Delivered too early for the 20 days cycle between 1 - 2pm even though we ordered for dinner. Fortunately my parents are around to put in fridge, if not food may spoilt if it got left outside in the hot weather. Feedback to the caterer but they said new driver, delivery route depend on driver, cannot change to deliver later near dinner time.
