Food portion is a lot for one pax, but served too much processed food. Ordered the trial 5 day package and got a worm in the vegetables on my last day, as shown in the attached picture. The caterer apologized but damage is done and appetite is lost....

Just one spoon of foul smelling sour tasting food that caused 2 person diarrhea for 2 days, on MC unable to work is bad enough to never order from them again.

Overall food is simple, but tastes not too bad. Have been with them a year plus now, the menu doesn't really recycle so this is a good thing. Except for the occasional prawn, not super alot of 'better' ingredients, eg like fish (fish nuggets doesn't count)

Average and simple food, could be better by improve menu varieties. Portion is average. Delivery on time. Looking forward to new menu offer to attract consumer.

Horrible food and delivery timing. I had ordered before. It was ok although on the salty side. I had feedback. As usual, no improvement. Even though I saw similar feedback by other people. But I ordered again to try again. Cos it was cheaper. Really really really regretted it. Food came at 8+am everyday. Supposed to be lunch, not breakfast! And the type and variety was yaks. Mostly gravy and tasted all the same. And looked like cheap freezer food. Not worth the money at all. I feedback, but nobody bothered to attend to me. Was it cos I had ordered for 1pax only? Not worth their time? I suspected so. Anyway, nobody wanted to eat. Nobody wanted to expired cold food and risk stomach ache or diarrhea. I threw away the food most of the time. Ended up became the most expensive. So, unless you are prepared to resort to bread or instant noodles or order takeaways again for your lunch/dinner, don't risk it!!!

Every week at least 3-4 days are given fried food, very unhealthy for kid to eat and the fried dory fish also have bones. They used peanuts as a dish.

Delivery was as early as 3.30 pm for my tingkat dinner order. Food was mostly below my expectations as dishes were generally bland. Fish filet was given almost each time for fish in the menu. Not value for money at all. Will not order again from this caterer.

A lot of deep fried/processed food. Almost every day. Dishes are quite repetitive. Same kind of fish fillet given for the fish dish.
