Simple food, taste wise it is slightly above average. Have been using them a number of months, menu relatively fresh, eg not very repetitive. Except for the occasional prawn, not a lot of 'better' ingredients, eg like fish (fish nuggets doesn't count).

So sad that the Trial and Real subscription was like day and night. Once the subscription was in, we were given frozen food like mock char siew, sotong ball, sausage fried with onion. Oh gosh. Such a let down foodline

Food was horrible. Meat were dry, veg were raw. Everyday we just taste a sample portion and the food are left to waste. We will not order it again for sure.

Foods are below expectation. It can be improved better. The liaising staff was helpful and reply soon enough.

The dishes was not too good as the last time. As per feedback, the vegetables are a bit too saltish. foodline

Food is pretty normal but more affordable than the other catering companies. Great that there is a soup option for every meal.

Dishes were quite saltish & oily. Initially when we tried out the package for a trial period of 5 days, the food was not so saltish & oily. That was why we continued to order the 20 day dinner package. Then we realised the food quality was not the same as per the trial period. Surprisingly, on the last day of service of the 20 day package, the food quality was very much improved - same as the trial package of 5 days.

We suspect the cook for trial period (food provided in plastic containers) and the last day of the 20 day package (food served in plastic containers) was a different person from the one on 20 day package (food served in metal containers).

We hope the dishes can be less saltish & oily as these affect one's health.

Food portion is small and taste can better. Hopefully can be improved in the future. Delivery time can be accommodate would be better too

The delivery reach quite early ard 10am+, however there were several times where delivery were late. Several times, the vegetables received were either too old, or turned sour after an hour or two.

The vegetable was bland and the meat dishes are very salty. Need to give training to the cook as it seems like they are lack of cooking experience.
