Had bad experience with Hewtop catering tingkat.
First, no food delivered on the last day of 10 days trial, thankfully with foodline help we are able to get refund.
Second, we are surprise when sometimes the food delivered with box opened inside the plastic bag. The box doesn’t seems able to close properly as well.
Third, the food seems to be prepared by Kim Catering (sister company) but they put a different pricing even the menu are the same with higher pricing on hewtop.
Nothing to comment for the food, still acceptable

Food and service are satisfactory but can be better because at times, same foods on consecutive days. Hope to see some varieties.

Sometimes the dishes served are not fresh. Delivery time late and fluctuate. Low quality processed food.

Food items were well packed, and delivery was on time.
Portion size decent and taste not too salty, suitable for elderly.

We been ordering tingkat from this company for past 2 years, Food satisfactory for this pricing. Most important is that the tingkat is send on time, even if there is a delay, they will notify us of the possible delay so that we are not stress up waiting for the food.

Monthly renewal. 4 dish addon soup portion is reasonable and price acceptable for dinner Tingkat. Delivery is sometimes late and missing soup.

The order of daily lunch tingkat. the delivery timing was good. the customer service response was fast.

Food is generally acceptable but it gets very boring over time as they are always repeating especially the vegetables.

Food is not too salty and dishes are tasty. It would be even better if the menu has more variety and less hotdog dishes are used as we can cook that ourselves
