Service - very good. Very punctual. Deliveryman Knocks on door and calls out to announce food arrival. Very effcient and responsible.

Food - ok. Love the prawns. No curry chicken and sotong.

Chicken not fully cooked, inside is raw. Food severely burnt but still deliver.

I had food poisoning case and went to hospital A&E.

After every feedback, they will just message will let kitchen know despite risky food safety concerns involved.

Service is good. Delivery is punctual.

The curry chicken and prawns are good. The sotong (cuttlefish) is also good. A suggestion to another way to cook your sotong is to cook your sotong with sambal belachan and chillie. Sometimes just for a change of taste.

Repeated order. Food varies, hope to have more fried stuffs and less food spills. Overall still acceptable!

Repeated cases of vegetable not wash properly, full of strong chemical smell. Egg plant dish was all burnt but still delivered to customer. Every time inform the caterer on food issues, there's delayed response and only mention will inform kitchen. No recovery provided despite dishes not edible.

The lunch delivery is inconsistent and once arrived past 1:30pm. After speaking to the order taker, Hewtop's delivery time improved. I would rate the fish, prawns and chicken dishes best.

Found unknown insect in vege dish. No proper explanation given by caterer. Will never order again from them.

The service gotten bad, rice ordered not delivered and it is more than once. Vehicle down and no delivery for 4 days, not informed till late. Food quality also gotten worst. Soup is bland and totally like drinking plain water?

Service good. Delivery is on tme. Delivery man knocks on door to inform us food has arrived and is hanging on the hook on our gate. Helpful and good service.

Food is ok. Love the prawns. They are delicious but some prawns are not fresh and the prawn meat is soft and mushy.
