There is a fly in one of the dishes for one of the 5 days. After feedback to customer service they say they will tell kitchen to pay more attention.

Food portion is large and soup was not bad.
The other food quality is average.
Delivery time is a bit early at times.
Soup spilled a lot on doorstep on first day. Contacted vendor but only got reply after 3 days.

I tried many tingkat provider over the past 10 years and this company is by far the WORST. ON Day 1, they gave us cai xin that wasn't washed properly because it still has pesticide on it(it has a burning sensation when you eat it). On Day 3, out of 4 dishes, they gave us fried fish, fried chicken and fried pork. On Day 2 and Day 5. they gave us fried fishballs that smell fishy and smelly. Of all the fried food they gave over this 5 days, all were fried until very dark brown so you know they keep on using this oil again and again.

I don't want to have anything to do with this company ever again.

Purchased the 5 day trial tingkat dinner for family. First day of delivery was received more than 5 call from the driver that he don’t know how to reach my place. After he was reach my place also can’t locate my lift lobby and end up showing black face to my family who received the order. Bad services experience.

What you get is what you pay for, is how I sum it up.

Pros:
One of the cheapest Tingkat service
Meat dishes generally taste okay
Delivery was consistant & on-time

Cons:
The biggest issue is the food quality. The ingredients used tend to be not very fresh, especially leafy green veggies like cabbage and xiao bai greens.

I planned to give Food 3-stars,but downgrade to 2-stars because of one particular dish, Potatoes w/ Chicken Mince Meat, was burned. (Meat was burned and gravy was almost inedible. Had to throw most it away) To me this is unacceptable and shows QA issues.

Pro - delivery timing for lunch is good at 12pm

Cons - food was bland. Kids dislike it totally, any economical store rice is far better.
- portion is not generous. Twice, the portion given was barely enough for 2 person
- only in last 4 days of delivery, food portion increased due to complaint made

Overall, regretted ordering this. Really wonder why such food standard can gain more than a 4 rating. Very suspicious.

First time ordering from this caterer. Food was of good portion and generous. Always on time delivery but too early for dinner arrival. It comes at 2plus in the afternoon. What I don’t really like about it is wet inside the plastic bag whenever we received it due to spill. Other than that is ok. Didn’t continue for next round.

I think the food portion is ok but have too much starch already can seek to improve on that please thx u very much

Food was okay, but will probably try other caterers..
Delivery guy hang the food at my door without knocking or ringing the bell. Even though contactless delivery, would appreciate if he can ring the bell or knock on the door at the very least.. so I can bring in the food instead of leaving it hanging outside for 1-2hours..

Food was so-so. Delivery was bad. Soup spilled out from poorly sealed container was delivered to me. Unhygienic!
