Service level needs lots of improvement. Not responsive in chats. First day of delivery went to the wrong place. Delivery timing is inconsistent.
As time past, delivery frequently past 1pm. Daily vegetables turning bad by the time we received and I have to throw the dish away most of the days.

Overall the delivery was on time. However the food quality and quantity was not as good as last time not sure is it due to CB.

I did not receive my dinner on 1st day of tingkat and did not receive any reply although WhatsApp the person in charge and called the hotline alot of time no pickup. Until 7:15pm Admin finally pickup the phone and answer they are very busy,gotten back to me almost 7:30pm which we'r super hungry.
This was a very bad experience
The SOUP quantity are much lesser than the other is totally unacceptable from HEWTOP.

2nd day
it arrived 2pm+ Food arrives too early so we usually put in fridge and reheat at 6pm when we want to eat and alot of days we received 1 - 2 pieces chicken in the soup .Portion is slightly lesser than the rest of the caterer i ordered previously.

Also to add-on, is not easy to get through normal calling hence is recommend to if use normal call after 7pm+ should there is other diner would like to give a try. Is To seriously consider.

But total waste of money and try at your own n risk and Was disappointed with HEWTOP quantity and quality of their food. Portion for 2 pax were very little and food were not really very nice.
There are many other good tingkat caterer out there.
Need to improve on Soup

The food is like cooking from some old aunty whereby the chicken is not chop nicely and the soup is very light favour in which is more suitable for elder whereby most food is tasteless or blane

The food comes late. The first day the caterer called and said that day will not have delivery. But the food came late around 6.45pm after my dinner. The food stated there must consume before 6.30pm. I don't understand their logic to state consume by 6:30pm as the earliest time they sent is around 6.15pm. They expect us to rush to finish in 15mins time after we getting the food? The fourth day the food came in 2 portions instead of 3 portions. The caterer said will give 4 portion tomorrow. Cannot understand the logic at all. So that day we need to have other food to make up the one portion. The following day comes in 4 portions and we cannot finish. Overall food is not fresh as it comes late. We have a little stomachache for the last day meal. And my little son has food poisoning and woke up in the late night and went to pass motion several times. The food is not nice except for the curry chicken in fourth day comes in 2 portions. Not a good experience. Not recommended to try.

Food is normal - which is to be expected from tingkat food delivery. Good enough for people that are lazy to cook. But food portion smaller than the other foodline supplier that I tried for the same pax no.

The food is badly in presenations and cook in way whereby tasteless whereby for example the soup is light. More suitable for elder type as it like cook from aunty

First 2 days dislike the dishes which is a turn off. Calamari soggy even though i ate it way before the recommended consume time. Fried fish alot small edible bones but not suitable for my 2 young kids. My msg to caterer no spicy and no bittergourd but it still came. Last 3 days dishes and portion still ok. Luckily only order 5 days trial this time. Not suitable for me.

Very salty and taste varies everyday. Vegetable food type sometimes turn sour. Rice dark colour and lump together.

Food menu for this week totally different to what was stated on the menu, not 1 dish but all without informing. Messed up my delivery date and I didnt get my delivery on the last day. have to call in numerous times which is hard to call in their number.
