1) Please allow customer to select delivery timing.

2) Provide vacuum containers to keep food warm.

3) Inform customer when food is delivered.

Food portion is ok. However, chicken is a bit hard to bite and some of the chicken has no meat, all bone.

The taste of foods were less appetite to us compare to previous two tingkat provider. Variety of foods consist of processed food such as luncheon meat, ham and chinese sausage. Delivery time for Jurong West area was just in time, around 6pm.

The food portion is big enough. But the food taste wise is abit too plain and not really very nice. Delivery timing is quite on time always around 12pm and the food is not too cold when I received it.
