I am trying a few tingkat services before deciding which one to go to.
Tried 2 others before deciding to give Hewtop a try too.

We ordered both lunch and dinner. Glad they try to give different dishes for lunch and dinner but the soups were the same.

The food is not as nice as the earlier 2 and i have in fact threw away most of the time. Sorry that i dont mean to waste food.

Delivery Service was bad. The staff did not know how to activate condo lifts and there was once they left and i had no lunch.
Delivery timing also not ideal, off from the usual lunch and dinner time.

Service was unacceptable. When in need, could not reach anyone for help.

For the dinner, it was sent using tingkat, the metal containers. I was NOT and NEVER been told that i have to wash clean.
Until lately, they told me that i should have washed clean as they will just add the dishes in the same container i return.
How hygienic could this be as they have 2 sets of the tingkat and rotate over the nights.

Lastly, from the photo my wife took from dinner on Mon, she found a string.

Everytime chicken has no meat, lots of bony chicken, such as the neck part. sometimes come with process food such as luncheon meat, always scrambled egg. got one time the popial is not fully cooked.

Generally ok. But portion for the meat bit too small. One of the meal, a chicken dish came in just 1 drumstick without the tigh for 2 pax portion. Not enough to share. But the company was prompt in confirming the details when I want to start the tingkat service. And like the fact that I can opt for 3 days service and opt out of port, spicy food, brinjal, lady finger, etc.

The dish and soup is not nice. Will not order from this caterer again.

The menu is quite similar everyday and food taste is average. Can have more variety of foods.

Food is okay

Food is ok but not fantastic. Had a hiccup on one of the days but the solution provided was not satisfactory. End up nothing was done and I let it be.

The food not so nice the delivery is just nice.

Terrible food, mainly frozen or canned food.

Food Item is abit dry. Would be good to have some gravy. Have been receiving Tofu on most of the meals.
