So far the Food is not salty.

Hmm we couldn’t wait for the tingkat trial to be over, it was that bad for us. Wonder if our tastebuds are very different from other people because they’re rated 4.0 and seem to have positive reviews. For us, the food was poor quality, overly processed, unappetising to look at, and just generally bad. Also there were very weird dishes—like hotdogs cut up with potatoes; or just plain fishcake in sauce. We threw away a lot of it every night. And one other thing: the food arrived at 3pm every day and was marked to be consumed by 630pm?! They just left it outside our door. Not a good experience, wouldn’t recommend at all.

Food was delivered before 3pm. On first day, one dish was duplicated by accident. On second day, the delivery man almost forgot to deliver the tingkat. Only after I messaged Mdm Lee, he made a U-turn. Bad service and food was mediocre with one fried dish every day.

Tried their trial package before decided to try their 20 days package. Totally different. First of all, the food is always repeating. Same sauce almost everyday but different ingredient. The black sauce for the tau pok is damn salty. Alot of processed food like luncheon meat/fish fillet. Fried fish had a very alkaline taste - oil not fresh. The list goes on. Don't bother.

Foods a bit tasteless with too much gravy

Not too good. First day of tingkat they sent to wrong unit even though there was an invoice attached to it with the correct unit number. One of the days they sent me 3 dishes and 1 soup even though I ordered 4 dishes. Poor service and did not do their best to salvage the situation. My opinion is their customer service ought to improve.

Food is already cold when delivered at 6 plus. Bland taste.

Quantity is barely enough. Soups are very basic and blend. There was a sausage dish on second day and the presentation can be improved. Sausages cut in different sizes and in a gluey kind of sauce. Really not an appetizing dish...

The food delivery is too early, it reach my house at 345pm. The food variety also quite limited and chicken come with a lot of bones
