Too many duplicate dishes within 2 week especially vegetables. Assam fish I can eat but omitted sigh

We have been with Hewtop for nearly two years. During this time, the food quality has consistently met my expectations. However, lately, there have been issues such as repeated dishes for consecutive days, and the steamed fish has also had a strong smell.

Despite these recent concerns, I have just renewed the contract. I hope to see the same level of quality we experienced before.

Delivery sometimes late due to vehicle breakdown. Food is generally alright and they could be better.

I am a regular customer. Food and service were used to be good. However for this order there were 2 days where deliveries were cancelled, and 1 was delivered very late. I was told the driver delivering to my area has resigned, and the supplier cannot find other driver to deliver food. Even though it would be good if heads up messages were given beforehand.

Repeated orders from the same caterer for my lunch and the food quality are ok. the delivery timing was

Appreciate Caterer to inform us on Non delivey for whatever reasons so that we can arrange for our own meal replacement. Sodium can be reduced in cooking for healthier choice.

Maybe can consider having more single item options like hokkien mee, hor fun, chicken rice etc. Overall the dishes are acceptable.
