This is my 59th order from Hewtop. Like all the meal and the taste is just nice. will continue to support.

The food is okay. There is room for improvement for the dishes. Got some yummy dishes but also got some not so good dishes

Food generally is ok & portion is ok.
At least, for me i woukd feel full & satisfy after taking the meals

Noticed there was a change of crews in the kitchen. While the foods and quality were satisfactory, there seems to be repetition of same dishes on the next tingkat delivery.

The vegetable with too much starch, such as Xiao bai cai, it can alter the flavor and texture of a dish if used excessively. It's best to use just a little starch to maintain balance, as too much can affect the overall taste and consistency of the meal

Some improvement on food taste and variety as compared to previous cycle. Delivery service is also back to origìnal time

Have been ordering Hewtop Catering lunch tingkat repeatedly as it has been convenient and fuss free.

We tried dinner tingkat from 4 caterers and Hewtop is the worst. Their soups taste the same (a bit sweet) no matter what ingredients, as if they use the same soup stock to cook. They also tend to use same ingredients for different dishes on the same day, e.g. bell peppers in both the vegetable and meat dishes; chicken drumlets in both the meat and soup dishes. So you feel like you're eating the same thing cooked differently that's all. One of the ordering option they offered was "no seafood"; we chose that but first night they gave a fish dish. I asked why still have fish and the reply was "Fish not consider no seafood", shocking logic. So I whatsapp them "no fish" and they replied ok. But second night they delivered a fried fish dish. I asked them what happened and they just said sorry without offering to make up for the mistake. 3rd night no fish but they replaced it with celery fried with a bit of minced meat, so we had 2 vegetables and 1 meat that night. Last night the fried chicken with beancurd had gelatinous chunks in it, as if they had cooked far in advance, froze the food, then heat up before delivery. Terrible taste.

Reliable caterer and we have repeatedly use them. Tingkat containers are great for the environment!!

Very few vegetable selections. Can have bean sprout or bean which is cheap. Have eat same vegetables lately
