This is a true scam of food catering. I ordered 3 dishes + 1 soup for lunch (Kim kitchen) and dinner (Hilltop). Guess what? Lunch and dinner are the same dishes!!! Proven over two days of meals!!! It’s all from the same central kitchen but outsourced to different companies only. Damn cheated.

Moderate. suitable for those who like not too salty nor sweet food.

Initially the food was good and delivered hot. As the days passed, timing was changed and food cooked was not very nice. The variety is terribly mixed.

1) Super atrocious service.
2) We were told delivery to our address will be by 1pm latest. It arrived close to 1.30pm every day.
3) Hence, we requested termination after DAY 3, but was told must complete 1 more day which we agreed. THE FOOD NEVER ARRIVED ON DAY 4 which was the last day of the trial.
4) Without prior notice given to us, the so-called replacement food (for DAY 4 which they totally missed) arrived on DAY 5, which we did not know it was coming and had already eaten lunch that day.
5) Throughout the few days, we had such difficulty with getting anyone on the phone; and when we did, they could not give any answers or help us find suitable solutions. And there was NO APOLOGY for missing DAY 4. They had to go and buy food after they finally managed to reach someone from the office on the phone at almost 2pm (calling since 1.30pm) and found out they missed the delivery.
6) The food is really nothing to sing about anyway. I would rate it 2.5 rather than 3 actually.

Tingkat!

For this Tingkat service, the food is quiet salty compare to others. Especially during my 1st day the old cucumber soup, it suppose is soup and we thought it is a dishes due to too salty of the old cucumber and "gravy" (suppose to be soup).

Although the plastic bag is pasted with a sticker - consume before 6:23pm. However we only receive the Tingkat in between 7pm - 7:20pm. On 12 May due to the food only reach my place at 7:15pm, the mixed season bean turn sour due to fried with tau kua; same for the fish slices, ended up my partner and I have to fried some egg to replaced the spoiled dishes. I did text the Tingkat provider - Madam Lee, to inform her on the late Tingkat delivery as well as the spoiled dishes, she said will help me check and get back to me, but no update after her last message on 13 May.

Food arrive early at around 10am for lunch. Food wasn't to my liking as one of the dish everyday is processed food which I'm not really keen on when I'm ordering tingkat and expects healthier food.
