Food rarely matches totally with the menu. Some days it is totally different. have feedback to them a few times.

Food and service were used to be excellent. However, for the past order, we experienced frequent delays and cancellations due to non-availability of driver. Would appreciate 1-2 days early notification so that the family members can make alternative food arrangement.

Hewtop catering TingKat set is definitely Value for money.
It is one of the few vendor that do not required extra charges for delivery to condo and I really appreciate that a lot. They also provide option for container rather than microwave plastic which is more enviromental friendly (reduce plastic).
Service is Great and food is OK. This is my repeated order for many cycles already.

I am very disappointed with their delivery. Initially the delivery timing was on time but in Nov 2024 the delivery starts to be later and eventually certain days with no delivery. Phone call was made to the company but no one answered. Last minute noticed was given for no delivery for almost a week. Quite disappointing.

Maybe can consider having more single item options like hokkien mee, hor fun, chicken rice etc. Overall the dishes are acceptable.

Overall food is delicious and portion is decent after I feedback. It will be better if portion can be more.

First time ordering this for 10 days, taste is good and nicely packed without any mess. Soup is ok but tend to taste the same. They tend to give a lot of chicken drumsticks. Overall is good, going to try for another 10 days and see

Food seasoning and favor is above average. Food portions are generous. Variety is good for entire week.

Yes,my family like the food esp soup.We have different type of soup to drink daily.There are many varieties of food choices for us too.
