The food is generally very good and the portion is most generous for most average family. What we don’t particularly like is the delivery timing which could varies from being punctual most of the time to “is the tingkat coming?”. There were a few occasions that it came so so late that my kids started to throw tantrums because they were hungry and we were forced to bring them for dinner. Needless to say the food did arrived but it was already too late. We tried calling when that happens but nobody picked up as they work office hours. When we feedback the next day, all we get was just a sorry.

Repeat order. Dish taste not as before and scrabble eggs was soaked in oil. Hope no increase price yet as food quality is decreasing

As a busy working mom, ordering tingkat is a great way to reduce the hassle of takeout. The food portions from Hewtop is reasonable and not oily, it can be a good option for a family dinner.

Hewtop continues to be reliable in most ways, and the food is acceptable. There have been some recent admin lapses, like delivering on a day when not supposed to - which resulted in food wastage. But otherwise service is satisfactory.

Food a few duplicate every week. Too many slice pork and chicken. Hope to see new dishes and soup tk

Quite a bit of processed food. food quite salty and oily. but can see they try their best with the budget

Repeated order with Hewtop. Earlier orders was good, but subsequently, orders are later and cancelled. This last order, delivery was cancelled on 2 days and for the last cancellation, make-up delivery was committed, but did not arrive, and second make-up similarly did not deliver. So if you are okay with your plans being messed up, place order at your own risk.

Good service

Food is always up to expectations as usual, delivery always on time delivery. They will update me with watsapp if delivery has issue. Will definitely order with them again and again.

Have been with Hewtop for tingkat dinner for many cycles. Family is happy with their dishes, although variety may not be the biggest range around but is sufficient.
