Food is ok, my mother in law has no complain and even become good friend with the admin.. haha so means they are quite patient to old ppl foodline

Food taste ok but variety can be improved. See tofu dish most of the time. Can have more meat dishes.

Repeat order since we are not fussy eaters. Variety can be limited at times . Prices is reasonable and portion size is huge

It is definitely healthier options than eating outside cai fan. Good for children! Great and awesome soup! Not much processed food options! Good price and definitely recommended for families w young children!!

Late and missing items with no compensate. Frequent hiccups, many issues. And i hate drumplets because of this tingkat provider prepare very day in more than 1 dish!

No food is not up to expectation.

Quanyity - food amount not enough. Too little. Still hungry after finishing food.

Quality - no variation in dishes. Cooking is bad. Not tasty. Not delicious. Dont feel like eating looking at the dishes. No effort put in to improve dishes. No pride in your work.

Quantity and quality have both dropped drastically compared to the past. Time to change the cooks and cooking style and menu.

Repeat customer and have ordered from Hewtop many many times. It's fuss free with good customer service. Food is ok. Just hope there is less processed food.

The food is acceptable. The combination can be improved. For example, the ribs comes with fishball.The ribs meat is not much to begin with and the fishball is not take big. Dislike big stem vegetables.
