The food portion is generous and quite delicious. Hewtop food is prepared by sister company, Kim Catering. Admin is fast in responding. Deliver usually between 6 to 7pm at peak month, non peak is before 5pm.

Reliable and healthy dinner Tingkat. Never fails. Definitely worth all the trouble saved to put food on the table…

Traditional local Chinese style dishes. Suitable for daily tingkat and for the elders. Repeat ordering.

Decent, value for money dishes. Practical and convenient. Delivery was prompt and warm. Repeat customer many times.

Was satisfied with their service, they will follow up and update with my order. Will still order with them.

Chicken dishes not nice except those that are cut into very small pieces, has a frozen chicken taste. Portion not enough for 4 people especially if it includes teenagers. Every meal have to supplement with 1 small packet of vegetables and at least 200g of frozen cooked meat from Donki. Will not continue.

Portion of food is quite generous usually soup also come with chicken so decided to order for another 10days.

Maybe can consider having more single item options like hokkien mee, hor fun, chicken rice etc. Overall the dishes are acceptable.

Have been a customer for years and the last 2 rounds of order were pretty disappointing. Repetitive food for days, forgot exclusions, unanswered calls and text messages. Not sure if related to suspension of their sister company resulting from poor hygiene.

Have subscribed to this vendor for a while. food and service was ok.
however the food and service was quite bad for the past 1-2 weeks.
