I'll like to share that for the foreign object found in my food, I sent an email, texted as well as left a facebook comment with no reply. Obviously you don't value customer service and feedback.

We paid for a quality lunch set, but we received hotdogs from a can on 2 occasions, I can buy it myself from the minimart.

You don't take pride in your cleanliness and quality. Please try to improve in both your customer service and food quality.

So-so. Food delay due to driver MC, vehicle spoilt. Food is normal, nothing fancy about. Service can be improved.

The only caterer in the area offering tingkat container delivery instead of disposables. Encourage other caterers to consider tingkat to save the environment!

I have ordered tingkat from other caterers before, but so far, this is the best one I have ever had. The food quality and consistency are excellent, and it’s not too salty. Highly recommended!

Repeat order for my family. Hewtop is one of the lowest price for tingkat and no need to switch to other vendors since most of them are from same central kitchen.

Repeat mthly order. Scramble eggs are very oily. Delivery missed 1 day but customer service informed in advance.

I have been ordering catering with 3 or 4 dishes meal package for months. Great help for working mum. The food is very fresh and delivery in time every day. The soup is very taste and not very salty at the same time. The rice is well cooked. The meat and vegetables are different every day for weeks. While it becomes repetitive after months.
