Hewtop Catering Pte Ltd

Good portion. Would like to see more potato dishes. Some dish repeat every week hope no repetition as few days ate same thing. Can have more tow kay, fried fish ball,

Foods and services are satisfactory if you do not have high expectations. Occasionally foods are repetitive

Food and service up to expectation. I have been ordering from this caterer. Given the price point, there is no complaint.

Third subscription, going for fourth. Reliable, decent, not too extreme flavours. Good sized quantity and fair value.

Good quality ingredient, food is tasty, portion is more than enough. Very happy overall, and renewed my order.

Our family has been served well by this tingkat provider for many cycles. We are mostly happy with the taste, presentation & variety of the food. This tingkat provider is serious about providing a variety of dishes with a competitive budget. Their delivery personnel are also very conscientious and courteous.
For this cycle, there were some discrepancy regarding the portion of the food provided as it was not the same amount for certain days. After highlighting the issue to the tingkat provider through whatsapp, we noticed lesser and lesser of the problem recurring. So the tingkat provider must be given credit for looking into the feedback and rectify the problem.
As stated above on our least liked dish, we will upload pictures of the yellow vegetables if we continue to find any in the current cycle. Hopefully, we won't have to do that as we still
think this is a good tingkat provider.

Regular customer. Food tastes good and the portion is acceptable. Delivery is on time. Hope there is less process food. But the price went up a lot.

The food is decent, and the service is reliable. They are able to suspend food delivery when I am overseas. Delivery is always on time.

Food was up to expectation, has been with them for more than a year. Service and food never disappoints.

Repeat orders for my parents. The cooking style and selections of dishes are suitable for the elderly.
