The soup is very good, not oily at all and tasty.
the dish are acceptable too. Just that the delivery for dinner is way too early. Received my tingkat around 4+pm by the time i got home after work get cold. Need to heat up. =)

The food rather inconsistant. Sometimes are great but at times the food are pathetic. Some times i just get like 3 half ngor hiang or hot dog and a dish or just hard biil egg.

Dishes are not too oily nor salty, find the taste suitable for me. Like the variety of dishes. Delivery service is good too

Value for money and generous portion catering. Food is quite delicious and healthy (not too oily/salty).

Decent value for its price. Meat and vegetables were cooked well but we found that the dishes were starting to repeat within the span of the week, would appreciate more variety offered to customers. Delivery was generally punctual and customer service was easily reached.

Almost can't confirm my order due to an administrative error. Was informed that my order can't process due to no driver for the week and my order was not able to renew despite I'm a renewal customer. In the end, i wasted my time to source for my own arrangement and I had to chase them for an update twice for a refund. Guess what, after my 2nd chaser for the refund, I was informed my order was accepted, and this was on Friday. Luckily I'm still sourcing for my alternatives else I might end up not able to order from this caterer again if I'm to order from other caterer. Pls improve on your communication. This is frustrating!

In the end, what do I get? Just an apology and nothing.
