Food quite tasty and portion is enough for us. Customer service quite good when there are mistakes on the order. Recommended.

Ordered for my 60++ years old parents who are not even fussy eaters. The dishes were so not palatable, they told me repeatedly after the 1 month order is up, please do not renew! Lol. Main complaints: the dishes does not taste like sg Zichar dishes. They tasted like they were prepared by foreign chefs (we are guessing from China) who were cooking in a pretty different way from how we locals are used to. Plus tofu kept repeating some days there’ll be 2 tofu dishes? Plus they delivered lunch at 9am every morning, way too early! It’s cheaper but not worth the price. The only reason I chose them was they delivered to condo. Wont recommend.

Repeated order . Recently food selection seems to be limited . Taste is still ok. Portion acceptable . Please try to maintain the standard .

The customer service is excellent, they were quick to contact me to arrange the date and time of the delivery upon order. The food is good given the affordable pricing.

I'm sorry but Food was horrible. Order at your own risk. I paid for the food but didn't expect that they will be inedible. ALL the soup are bland, the rest are... no comment. Get from cai fan store probably better.
