Hewtop Catering Pte Ltd

Food quality is good and the traditional Chinese cooked food with 3 dishes and 1 soup. Great service folks who are responsive.

Lunch selection was good. Food always came warm/hot enough to eat immediately. Daily soup selection was good as well.

This is one of the rather standard meals. The egg dish is way too oily for my family’s liking. The lady’s fingers is ok ok with some ‘old/tough’ ones. At now their vegetables dishes are no long starchy. A good improvement. The soy chicken is standard. The popcorn chicken is likely from frozen precooked.

I ordered from this caterer for my grandma four years ago, and now I’m ordering for myself cos I rmb her saying the food was good. My experience has been mixed; some days the dishes are nice, while other days they are just average. Well, at least there’s alw one dish that I like, so not too bad! Also, it serves ard 9.30am for lunchtime at my area so it’s rly too earlyyyy — not sure if anyone has their lunch served this early.

The portion size is good. The soup is not bad, but there’s often spillage in the plastic bag, which stains the other containers and makes everything sticky and messy.

All in all, I would still recommend this caterer as it’s better than your usual cai png. I hope they can improve their packaging to prevent spillage, or at least wipe off the spills or the “chap” after packing the dishes, so I don’t have to keep using tissues to clean the sticky layer before I put it in the microwave. Those sticky juices on top of the containers just start splattering in the microwave :((

Hewtop catering pte ltd was easy to liaise with, the lunch tingkat they provide is the most affordable I could find. Thank you!

The vegetable can be plain and quite starchy. Quality and varieties is getting lesser. Sometimes the stir fry sliced pork is hard.

Really love their food. taste like home cook food and not too salty. really love their food. taste like home cook food and not too salty.

Food was valued for money, occasionally the dishes were better than average. Would not complain for at the price point I paid.

The food is always palatable and fairly generous. What is best is the prompt and efficient service level.

The soup was yummy and great customer service. From order to food delivery was smooth experience. Thank you.
