Service is very good. The food is also up to my expectation. I am also happy with the portion. I have ordered again.

The food quality and food portion were not the same unlike before during CB period which was quite disappointing .

Food portion great for 3 pax. Have been reordering with them for about a year so far all is great!

Food taste ok, not too salty or plain. portion acceptable. Soup sealed to prevent spillage. Menu up to date.

All dishes are good and delicious and thanks to all the work done in kitchen and the delivery service is also good.

Delivery time is acceptable. But the coordination needs to be improved. I ordered a 5 days trial tingkat. The first 3 days was horrible. The food was too little, good enough for 1 pax to eat only. I sms-Ed the caterer and they promised to compensate/extend one more day to me. But for the third day, they only compensated by 1 additional dish, fish beancurb. Too horrible!

The dishes are very good and up to my tastes, especially Dish 1 & 2 and the Soup Dish. However, Dish 3 lacks variety and are all vegetables.

Overall, the Tingkat Menus are Good and Yummy! That's why I am renewing my orders.

Ordered a 5-day trial lunch with Hewtop.
The order process is very convenient and the customer service is responsive.
The price is one of the most value for money.
Delivery time is not ideal, consistently around 1.30pm and the dishes were already cold when they arrive.
The food is okay and decent.

Out of the 5 days, only 2 were acceptable (hence the 2 stars out of 5), primarily because the meat on those acceptable days were stewed/saucy, so it wasn't too hard (literally). The fried stuff, and the oily pork ribs, were very very very tough (hard), and you had to chew quite alot to get through it. My jaw was rather sore after all that, and I'm not even kidding. The vegetables every day were very "fresh", in that if you had eaten the vegetables fresh without cooking, you would have had the same taste. And the soup was also very bland, water with some seasoning or taste enhancers, and did not seem to be brewed for any decent amount of time.

Maybe I'm being too harsh, but we compared the food to the cai-fan below our block, and we thought it may be more sensible to stick to the cai-fan in such cases. The only reason why we can't cai-fan for dinner is because it is closed for dinner.

Also, the delivery (for dinner) was super early (like, 3pm), so by the time we got to dinner time, the condition of the food wasn't that great anymore, even with microwaving.

Time to move on I guess, was really hoping that this one would work out well, especially with the low price and the environmentally friendly use of real Tinkat. Oh well, now you know...
