Delivery is on time, order 1st round for 4 Pax food share is big different from 2nd round 5 Pax. Overall, worth the price for catering. Will recommends to my friends and family.

The dishes lacks variety and quality can be improved. Pricing reasonable but can consider to be more punctual in delivery.

Definitely value for money and if you like fried food, this will be suitable cos it will have at least 1 fried item everyday. Taste wise, not too bad but wouldn't count as very delicious either. Good if u aren't a fussy eater.

Food portion is large and soup was not bad.
The other food quality is average.

Soup spilled a lot on doorstep on first day. Contacted vendor but only got reply after 3 days.

The food was unexpectedly nice and portion is enough for me. The delivery timing is just nice at around 12pm. The food is flavourful and of great variety.

I tried many tingkat provider over the past 10 years and this company is by far the WORST. ON Day 1, they gave us cai xin that wasn't washed properly because it still has pesticide on it(it has a burning sensation when you eat it). On Day 3, out of 4 dishes, they gave us fried fish, fried chicken and fried pork. On Day 2 and Day 5. they gave us fried fishballs that smell fishy and smelly. Of all the fried food they gave over this 5 days, all were fried until very dark brown so you know they keep on using this oil again and again.

I don't want to have anything to do with this company ever again.

The food was very delicious, soup was the best nutritious and tasty not too salty. Prompt delivery and overall satisfied with the food and portions was perfect.

Food portion and quality is better than most other caterers. Price is one of the cheapest compared to other caterers. Customer service staff is very friendly, flexible and helpful.

This is my first time order this tingkat catering for my daily lunch and So far i enjoy all the dish...value for money

Good variety of dishes with menu sent and timely delivery for dinner. Generally good tasting.

Once we got a cabbage dish and the leaves have many black spots, not sure what is it. Cannot be scrapped away.
