Hewtop Catering Pte Ltd

This was our first time ordering from Hewtop, and we like it, worth the money. We would like to continue the tingkat. I recommend this caterer for those looking for cheap tingkat, taste good enough.

Tingkat meals save time. From this cater, Fair variety. Value for Money. Not oily. Good for families with old folks and children

First time ordering tingkat service and picked a 5 day trial plan to start. The food had generous portions, especially with 3 dishes and a soup. The only issue is that the delivery time period is pretty wide, so dinners delivered before 5pm are better refrigerated IMO.

The food is generally tasty and more choices for the soup compare to others that I have ordered. The caterer does try to accommodate by giving us no bones for certain meat dishes.

Prompt delivery and good handling of food items.

Pro - delivery timing for lunch is good at 12pm

Cons - food was bland. Kids dislike it totally, any economical store rice is far better.
- portion is not generous. Twice, the portion given was barely enough for 2 person
- only in last 4 days of delivery, food portion increased due to complaint made

Overall, regretted ordering this. Really wonder why such food standard can gain more than a 4 rating. Very suspicious.

The food is up to expectation. Changes every fortnight. Menus are provided for reference. Friendly staffs !

First time ordering from this caterer. Food was of good portion and generous. Always on time delivery but too early for dinner arrival. It comes at 2plus in the afternoon. What I don’t really like about it is wet inside the plastic bag whenever we received it due to spill. Other than that is ok. Didn’t continue for next round.

A good variety of options, food quality is good and delivery is always on time! The menu meets my needs.
