Hewtop Catering Pte Ltd

Service was good and efficient.... food is generally ok ..... some hits and misses. For the price, it is is value for money. Only downside is the super early delivery of food.

Food is good this round and allow me to change address when i temporarily c hanged address. thanks keep it up

Timely delivery though its often left hanging on the gate without us realising. Food is decent for its price.

Food was okay, but will probably try other caterers..
Delivery guy hang the food at my door without knocking or ringing the bell. Even though contactless delivery, would appreciate if he can ring the bell or knock on the door at the very least.. so I can bring in the food instead of leaving it hanging outside for 1-2hours..

Foods taste normal. Some dishes like fried items tends to be very salty..

Some foods also not very fresh...

Some dishes is a bit salty, should reduce salt, variety can be improve, portion is ok. Some days the food is acceptable.

Food is good and tasty. Deliver is always on time. Save my effort to think of next meal menu. Volume of food is good enough for 1 pax.

I like the food, quite tasty to me, thank you
I like the tofu with black fungus too, Fried fish is also delicious

Food was getting very repetitive, the vegetables are almost not human grade consumable... it always have a bitter taste. Either it is overcooked or the vegare not washed off properly.

The delivery timing is like hong kong stock market. it can come at 330pm or it can come at 730pm. There is no consistency in delivery to my area.

This is my second order with HewTop. I ordered a 20 days dinner tingkat plan for 2 pax. Delivery is slightly earlier for dinner, ard 4pm for dinner, so I have to reheat the meal before consume it. Dishes are generally fine and proportion is right for 2 pax. The fact that I re-order with them already shows my satisfaction with this caterer.
